As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in resolving customer issues, providing exceptional support, and driving customer satisfaction.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. Your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, using critical thinking and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Document all customer interactions, including calls, emails, and chats, according to arenaflex's quality assurance and internal standard operating procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

* A college degree and at least one year of applicable experience in customer service or a related field

  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • A strong commitment to customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations (optional)
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese are a plus, but not required

Training and Development:

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:

  • A hybrid training approach, combining on-site and remote training sessions
  • A 3-day on-site training session, followed by 2 days of remote training
  • Ongoing coaching and support, to help you develop your skills and confidence

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • A salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
