The Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers during after-hours periods. Your primary focus will be on resolving client and nurse queries, providing timely responses to queries through our texting platform, and ensuring that our clients receive the care and support they need.
Responsibilities
* Answer all incoming calls and respond to client and nurse queries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours, including notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
- Provide timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform
- Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start to ensure seamless transitions
- Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services
- Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed
- Complete non-urgent admin projects if time allows

+ Fluent in English + Compassionate and confident + Responsible and reliable + 10+ years' work experience in customer service and office duties + Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours + Impeccable phone and computer skills + Staffing and/or healthcare experience + Experience working remotely and independently to the USA + Quiet and professional work-from-home environment + Remotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience working in a similar role or industry + Familiarity with our platform and systems + Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
