About the Role

As an Evening Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing guidance, support, and resolution to our valued customers. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive hourly rate and a 10% rate differential for evening shifts. You will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a comprehensive training program and all necessary equipment provided to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Build rapport with customers, using active listening skills and empathy to understand their needs and concerns
  • Verify and collect demographic information, updating systems as necessary to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Determine and execute the best resolution to assist customers, connecting them with internal or external resources as needed
  • Manage tasks and follow-ups in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication with customers, providers, and other stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, with an Associate's degree in a related field (such as business administration, liberal arts, public health, or healthcare management) preferred
