The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries from our clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their issues. Your role will involve:

• Responding to incoming calls from clients, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve their queries and concerns
• Researching eligibility requirements and troubleshooting issues related to customer promotions, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long distance service and billing questions
• Managing multiple calls simultaneously, using your multitasking skills to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner
• Providing a positive customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is friendly, helpful, and professional
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and share best practices

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Age: Be at least 18 years old
• Education: Hold a GED or High School Diploma
