The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be a vital part of our customer-facing team, responsible for:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
- Striving to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes
- Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Working within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift
- Computer/technology savvy, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience
- A Typing Assessment will be required as part of the application process
