Experienced Full Cycle Recruiter – Customer Excellence Organization

As a Recruiter in our Customer Excellence organization, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for all levels of our Customer Excellence organization. This will include:

• Partnering with and advising hiring managers and hiring teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience
• Developing a network of potential candidates through passive and active sourcing, and ongoing relationship management
• Participating in special virtual events, including recruiting events, career fairs, and networking events
• Leading or contributing to multiple internal arenaflex projects
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of high-volume corporate and/or agency full-cycle recruiting experience supporting a variety of complex roles
• Success in hiring evergreen and single-threaded roles
• Experience partnering with and advising senior leaders, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
• Commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
• Experience using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer on an ongoing basis

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with recruitment marketing and branding
• Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
