Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and providing accurate information or assistance via phone, email, and chat.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the company database.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First-Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in using customer service software and tools, including CRM systems and call center software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a remote work setting is a plus.
  • Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
