The Role
As a Tier 1 Customer Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing prompt and effective solutions to their technical, logistical, and administrative queries. You will be responsible for:
- Enthusiastically supporting clients via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, ensuring their needs are met with patience, understanding, and product and technical expertise.
- Accurately identifying and troubleshooting technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner, considering diverse user environments and scenarios.
- Promptly escalating complex problems to internal team members, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
- Demonstrating a familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of our programs, learning content, and technical products, with ongoing training and support.
- Continuously striving to improve the quality of our support and service, both internally and externally.
- Monitoring live online video conferencing events and providing immediate assistance to participants.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you will require:
- 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a SaaS company or product/technology division.
- Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience being a plus.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal – that recognize and adapt to the diverse range of arenaflex participants. You should be well-versed and comfortable with email, phone, and video (if needed) etiquette in potentially challenging or urgent situations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces (e.g., Wordpress/Rails Admin), cloud-based tools, and exposure to help desk software.
- Outstanding task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Fluency in Spanish, French, or Japanese is highly valued.
Work Environment and Company Culture
As a remote part-time contractor, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the ability to choose your own schedule within our available time blocks (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). We currently have a specific need for coverage during 3:00 - 9:00 p.m. ET weekdays, with weekends also possible. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional service, and we strive to create a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a contractor, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate, with the possibility of additional hours based on volume. Please note that as a contractor, you are not eligible to enroll in arenaflex's employee benefits program.
