Job Summary
As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, troubleshooting issues with our soft drink dispensing equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical services and light repairs on soft drink dispensing equipment according to arenaflex standards
- Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
- Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
- Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and professional in all interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide support as needed
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Valid driver's license
- Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)
- Previous experience in customer support or technical services
- Familiarity with soft drink dispensing equipment and refrigeration systems
