Job Summary

As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer care through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses. You'll work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively, and with a friendly, empathetic tone.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and satisfactory manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and client expectations

Schedule and Flexibility

* Work from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible schedule that suits your needs

  • Majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, with opportunities to create a schedule that works best for you
  • Flexible work schedule options available, allowing you to balance work and personal life

Earnings and Revenue

* Competitive hourly rates, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, depending on client and performance metrics

  • Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
  • Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

  • Proven track record in customer service, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer care
  • Keen attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software

Technology and Equipment Requirements

* Quiet and secure work environment during working hours

  • Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app

Work Environment Requirements

* Quiet, uninterrupted space

  • Organized desk area

* arenaflex is unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC

  • Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check
  • arenaflex is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico

Contractual Relationship

* The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship

  • You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment
  • arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex
  • When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
