Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls from Aetna Medicaid members and providers, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs
  • Providing accurate and timely information to resolve member and provider issues
  • Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • Meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional experiences
  • Ability to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient
  • Must commute to the office in Princeton, NJ when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems
  • Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting

  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation and Benefits
