Role Overview

As a Customer Support Executive at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch online customer support through various digital channels, including live chat, social media, and messaging platforms. You'll work remotely, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and will be part of a team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat inquiries on websites and social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

  • Provide detailed product information and sales links to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Assist with promotions and offer discounts to enhance customer experiences and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions to customer complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.

Position Details

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Contract: No fixed term, providing flexibility to work as needed
  • Requirements:

+ Must have access to a reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with an internet connection + Basic proficiency in English + No prior experience in live chat support is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided

  • Location: This is a fully remote position with a preference for candidates from the United States
