Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Part-Time Focus Group Panelist, you'll have the opportunity to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, interacting with our team and providing valuable insights on our products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Participate in focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments, either online or in-person
- Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, to provide valuable feedback
- Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time, and be fully engaged throughout the session
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and provide honest feedback on our products and services
Qualifications
* Must have a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
