Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team for a 3-4 month contract assignment. As a remote call center representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as email communication, to provide exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls on an autodialer, with a volume of 100-300 phone calls daily
  • Respond to inbound, outbound, and email communication in a professional and timely manner
  • Contact shareholders to inform them that the information they received asking them to vote is not accurate, and provide clear and concise information to resolve any issues or concerns
  • Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations and priorities

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service or data entry experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must have own equipment, including a laptop/computer and headset (Windows 10/11 only)
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and concerns
