Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patrons and guests, ensuring a visibly positive and approachable composure to promote patron-employee relations
  • Assist customers with various questions and problems in customer service areas
  • Perform basic cleaning responsibilities, including trash, equipment, and laundry
  • Set up and operate special events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all patrons by completing assigned shifts, duties, and enforcing facility policies
  • Respond to accidents and emergencies, providing first aid and support as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold current American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Standard First Aid certifications, or obtain them within the first 30 days of employment
  • Obtain BBP Certification within the first 30 days of employment
  • Be a current student at arenaflex, with a strong commitment to customer service and safety
  • Be available to work up to 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer service, facilities management, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Basic first aid and emergency response training, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
