About the Role: Customer Service Relationship Specialist

In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing policyholders, third parties, and agents, providing expert guidance and support on insurance-related questions, inquiries, or concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound telephone calls, ensuring that each customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail to build value and promote the arenaflex brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
  • Take ownership of each customer interaction, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Assist customers over the phone, providing expert guidance and support on insurance-related matters
  • Learn and stay up-to-date on insurance products and processes, utilizing training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Commit to the training and work schedule, ensuring that you are available and dedicated to your role
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace, free from distractions, during work and training hours

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment, navigating multiple programs and systems
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with customers and colleagues, providing a supportive and positive experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
  • Spanish bilingual skills are a plus

Technical Requirements:

To perform this role, you will need:

  • High-speed broadband internet service, with a minimum upload/download speed of 10Mbps/100Mbps
  • An internet provider-supplied modem/router/gateway, hardwired to the arenaflex-issued computer with an Ethernet cable
  • A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, with a reliable computer and phone system
