As a Ticket/Gate Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them, guiding them through the airport, and assisting them with ticketing and baggage check-in. • Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the accurate travel documentation.
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport.

Scheduling and Work Environment

Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. You can expect to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority. Each station is different, with its own unique flight schedule, so you will need to be flexible and adaptable.
