Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality and accuracy

  • Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform business decisions and improve customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve data entry processes and customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
  • Experience working with data entry systems, including Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, and Shell Scripting languages
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and inform business decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery processes
  • Experience working with large data ecosystems and transformational technologies
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and architecture, with the ability to design and build robust data models
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages, with the ability to develop and implement automation solutions
