Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and chat, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Handle high-volume calls, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet productivity standards.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to collect and update patient and medication information.
• Investigate and resolve missing data issues, deciphering clinical abbreviations and SIG codes as needed.
• Settle all data entry-related exceptions, ensuring that patient information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, recognizing and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
• Acquire a dynamic pharmacy technician certification or registration within the first 90 days of employment and maintain a current certification or registration.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online

• Basic web search skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Typing in URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

• Middle-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 25 words per minute (WPM), typing by memory, and organizing reports
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years of pharmacy technician experience with a certification or registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports
• Familiarity with Spanish and English
