Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As an Experienced Scheduling and Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients' customers
- Building trust and confidence with clients through personalized and helpful experiences
- Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately
- Proactively taking action to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations
- Demonstrating a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly

Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
