Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships through phone and in-person interactions
- Gathering information from customers to identify and resolve problems efficiently
- Confirming, scheduling, and rescheduling services for customers
- Setting sales appointments for new customers and promoting our services
- Answering billing questions and providing accurate information
- Completing general clerical duties as assigned, including data entry and typing while speaking with customers
- Collaborating with our Service and Sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Selling the value of our services and suggesting upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction
- Providing a positive and professional experience for every customer interaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with a pleasant phone voice and ability to clearly speak and be understood
- Multitasking skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
- The ability to remain calm and work under pressure, even in busy situations
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Availability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- A successful pre-employment background screen
