Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for gathering, organizing, and entering data into our databases, as well as providing exceptional client support. Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and ensuring accuracy.
  • Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering data into relevant databases.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored securely.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and providing timely solutions.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
  • Handling additional duties from time to time, as required by the team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • 1+ Years of Experience: We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with employees, clients, and other departments on a regular basis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office: You should have an excellent command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and be able to create accurate spreadsheets and documents.
  • Strong Typing Skills: Proficient touch typing skills are required for this role, as you will be entering data into our databases for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: You should be able to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.
