Join our Dutch Customer Experience Team
We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for you to join our Dutch customer experience team, supporting customers from the Netherlands and Belgium. As a Dutch Customer Service Representative, you will undergo comprehensive training by certified instructors, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities:
* Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Track and follow cases to ensure efficient and timely closure
- Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
- Assist customers in managing and securing their accounts and passwords
- Set up repairs for hardware-related issues
- Escalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support Interaction Experts
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
What You Will Bring:
* Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level)
- Advanced English knowledge
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology (preferred)
- Prior customer support experience (advantageous)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
