Job Summary
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience for our clients' customers. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, wearing a headset, managing incoming calls, and working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to telephone inquiries from customers regarding customer promotions, research eligibility requirements, troubleshoot issues customers have self-registering, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service and billing questions
- Provide empathetic and professional support to customers, handling stressful and upset callers with poise and composure
- Work on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner while providing a positive customer experience
- Manage multiple calls simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores
