Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative – 11am-8pm EST Remote Opportunity

As a valued member of our Revenue Cycle Management Division, you will play a vital role in resolving patient billing issues and providing top-notch support to our customers.

Responsibilities
As a Patient Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
- Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
- Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
- Working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- The ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications
- Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform successfully in a team environment
- The ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 megabytes per second download speed)
- The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord (no satellite internet, Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports)
- Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
Technical Requirements
* A computer with a reliable internet connection and a headset
- Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools

Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or the state/local minimum wage, if higher.

Shift and Schedule
The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST (10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST).
