Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

Travel Coordination:

Strategically plan and arrange all elements of travel, including transportation, lodging, travel insurance, and supplementary services to create comprehensive itineraries.

Sales Approach:

Implement effective communication and sales techniques to present clients with enticing travel packages, encompassing event tickets, hotel accommodations, airline reservations, and car rentals.

Customer Assistance:

Qualifications:
