Key Responsibilities

  • Windows 10 or 11, ensuring compatibility with our systems and software.
  • An ISP download speed of 25Mbps or higher, supporting seamless communication and data transfer.
  • A minimum screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 (higher preferred), providing a clear and crisp visual experience.
  • Laptops are acceptable, but they must be able to run an external monitor at the prescribed resolution.
  • Note that Chromebooks and Macbooks are not compatible with our systems.
  • A web camera for Teams meetings, enabling face-to-face communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A headset or external speakers (if none are built-in) for calls, ensuring clear and uninterrupted communication.
