Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide exceptional support and resolve issues.
  • Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide personalized solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in the pet care or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support.
  • Ability to multi-task, think critically, and work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of pet care, pharmaceuticals, or a related field, with a desire to learn and grow with the company.
