As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing best-in-class customer service to various lines of business, including Student Enrollment Management, Alumni Placement Verification Services, and Student Loan Counseling. Your primary duties will include handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing clear verbal and written communications, and assisting customers with repayment of their educational obligations. Key Responsibilities

  • Be highly productive and meet outbound and inbound telephone call productivity needs
  • Utilize telephones, email, chat, and text communication with customers to provide timely and professional responses
  • Properly utilize the CRM system for technical inquiries and follow up with customers to ensure resolution
  • Follow policies and procedures regarding escalations and update records with current demographic and contact information
  • Comprehend training material on various topics and share new concepts and content with customers

Essential Qualifications
