Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative – Live Chat (FULLY REMOTE) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through live chat, phone, and email interactions. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Use your communication and active listening skills to provide customers with a positive experience, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow Up on Reviews: Respond to both positive and negative reviews, ensuring that customers feel heard and valued.
- Call Customers from Prior Day for Quality Check: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience and to identify areas for improvement.
- Call Maintenance Customers and Schedule Visits: Proactively reach out to maintenance customers to schedule visits and ensure that their needs are met.
- Call on Customer List to Offer Promotions: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, increasing revenue and driving business growth.
- General Inbound Customer Service: Handle a high volume of customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Strong Attention to Details: The ability to focus on the details, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
