Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling inquiries, complaints, and bookings over the phone and through email. You will also assist passengers with any issues they may encounter during their travel experience.
