Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Operations and Customer Center teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with our teams to resolve complex issues and drive business outcomes
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Analyzing data and information to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Working closely with our teams to identify and implement opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with our Operations and Customer Center teams to resolve customer issues and drive business outcomes

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze data and information to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to analyze data and information to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a strong commitment to adaptability and flexibility

  • Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, Scene, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with carrier operations, including scheduling and planning
  • History of leadership roles, including student and community associations
