Work from Home Requirements

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our customers via phone. To ensure a seamless experience, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• A secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
• A reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot
• A private network that is password-protected, with ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
• Internet service provided by a cable or fiber internet service provider (ISP)
• ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
• To validate ISP speeds, please use the Chrome browser and run a speed test from the Google landing page

Schedule

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be working a flexible schedule that includes:

• Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST
• Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST (Limited Availability)
• Schedules are adjusted per time zone

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• At least 1 year of financial services experience or banking experience
