Job Summary
We're seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team and support our customers from the comfort of their own homes. As a part-time position with flexible working hours, you'll have the opportunity to work under 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information regarding flights, services, and policies
- Assisting customers with booking and modifying flight reservations
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to travel disruptions or changes
- Communicating effectively with team members to provide seamless customer support
- Upholding arenaflex's commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction
- Documenting and tracking customer interactions using our CRM system
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance service delivery skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To reside in the state of Georgia
- A high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer service software
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required

Educational Qualifications
