Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and flexible Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling a moderate call volume, responding to text messages, scheduling for our crew, and monitoring our group chat during peak hours. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work independently, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

### Customer Support

  • Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring every customer receives accurate and timely information.
  • Provide detailed information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of our hospitality business.
  • Troubleshoot any issues and escalate when necessary, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

### Administrative Tasks

  • Create and manage the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Monitor the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Regularly check and respond to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members, and maintaining a professional and courteous tone at all times.
  • Respond to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication, and providing a positive experience for our customers.

### Qualifications:

Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills:

You possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, internal team members, and external partners.

Multitasking and Prioritization:

You're able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills:

You're a skilled problem-solver, able to remain calm under pressure and think critically to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Technical Proficiency:

You're proficient in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in customer service.

Time Management and Independence:

You're able to manage your time effectively, work independently, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment.

Previous Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus, but not required. We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team. ### Work Environment: As a remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you must be available during the designated on-call hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST on the scheduled days. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for this role. ### Compensation and Benefits:

Daily Rate:

$150/day

Monthly Salary:

$1800/month
