Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Utilizing online chat applications to interact with customers, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and discount codes.
- Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Working independently to resolve customer issues, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to find solutions.
