Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work in our inbound call center, providing exceptional customer service to patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of medications. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone, resolving issues and ensuring timely delivery of medications

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of medications and excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center metrics and performance indicators

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST

  • Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • Please note that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
