Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Clerk on our night shift team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by handling customer inquiries, performing data entry tasks, and participating in sales calls. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries via messages, live chat, or phone calls, providing timely and effective responses to resolve customer issues and concerns.
- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy, entering data from various sources, including documents and files, into digital formats.
- Participating in sales calls based on your skills and background, working with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that all data is entered correctly and efficiently.
