Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator / Typist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day). As a Data Entry Operator / Typist, you will be responsible for entering client data, services, and other relevant information into various databases, as well as performing other clerical duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities

* Enter client data, services, and other relevant information into various databases

• Search databases as needed
• Review intake forms for completeness and update data system with changes
• Work with the Healthcare Admin Jobs Data and Compliance Coordinator for systems evaluation and implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Strong understanding of data systems and software applications
• Excellent keyboarding skills (55 wpm)
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience working in a non-profit or healthcare setting
• Knowledge of proprietary software applications (Case Worthy, CDS)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting

Skills and Competencies

* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
