Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as On-site Customer Service Associates. As a key member of our customer service organization, you will play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional experience, resolving their queries and concerns in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help a variety of arenaflex customers by phone, email, and/or chat, providing personalized support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize various tools and programs to navigate our website, research accounts, review options and solutions for customers, and communicate them effectively.
  • Support customers through typing, phone, and computer skills, navigating the internet and website, multiple browsers, email, social media, and instant messenger, or chat tools.
  • Actively problem-solve and innovate on behalf of customers, using good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
  • Follow detailed verbal and written instructions, and adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Emphasize with and prioritize customer needs, providing a personalized experience that exceeds their expectations.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following basic requirements:

  • Located in Costa Rica, with the ability to work on-site at our Calle Blancos, San José office.
  • Over 18 years old, with a national ID or permanent resident ID (Dimex).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in English and Spanish language proficiency (bilingual position).
  • Strong typing, phone, and computer navigation skills, with the ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
