Job Summary

As an Enrollment Adviser/Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for matching client needs to our products and services, providing personalized solutions, and building strong relationships with our clients. This is a full-time remote position, and we offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Match client needs to arenaflex products and services, and provide personalized solutions
  • Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, and provide accurate information to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including client satisfaction and retention rates
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Friendly, approachable, and empathetic personality
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a sales or enrollment role, preferably in the industry

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a focus on self-motivation and discipline
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
