Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in processing inbound complaint system fulfillment, responding to various requests, and navigating multiple computer systems and applications. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment with precision and accuracy
- Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests
- Navigating multiple computer systems and applications with ease
- Documenting each contact in a database with attention to detail
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills and qualifications:
- Education: High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience, or Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, or Bachelors Degree
- Active Public Trust Security Clearance: Must have an active Public Trust Security clearance to access secure systems
- Attention to Detail: High level of data entry accuracy with a keen eye for detail
- Computer Skills: Efficient typing (40 WPM) and experience with Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
- Adaptability: Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation (8am-8pm, Monday through Friday) based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:
- Experience working in a similar data entry role
- Familiarity with secure systems and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
