Key Responsibilities

• Refining youngster assistance remittances in the SDU (State Cost Device) system according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Collecting, analyzing, organizing, and studying data to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
• Maintaining adaptability and flexibility to meet rigid deadlines and schedules
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data entry processes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A secondary school diploma or equivalent
