As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders to provide seamless support and care.

About the Role

As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will be responsible for receiving initial calls from patients, gathering information, and relaying it to clinicians. This role requires strong customer care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and composure. You will be trained and supported in processing these calls, and you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer care skills while working with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive initial calls from patients and gather information

  • Relay information to clinicians for further support and care
  • Provide exceptional customer care and support to patients and their families
  • Navigate challenging situations with professionalism and composure
  • Work independently from home, with occasional on-site training and support
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support and care

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Evening, weekend shifts required (Holidays required, paid at time ½)
  • Access to High Speed Internet on a personal network (cannot be a shared network)
  • Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment required
  • Background check will be conducted as part of the interview process
  • Federal work-eligibility check will be conducted upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting

  • Experience working with patients and families in a telehealth environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software

Skills and Competencies:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to speak with a smile in your voice
  • Ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and composure
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently from home with minimal supervision
