Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst – IAM, your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and improving IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and areas for growth
• Collaborating with development teams to design and implement secure IAM solutions that meet the highest standards of security and compliance
• Conducting regular reviews and evaluations to identify and address potential compliance gaps
• Providing expert guidance and support to stakeholders on IAM-related matters
• Working closely with our Digital Security team to ensure that IAM security is aligned with our overall security strategy
• Participating in compliance efforts to ensure that IAM systems meet regulatory requirements
• Staying up-to-date with the latest IAM best practices, industry standards, and emerging threats

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information security, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on security and compliance
• In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks, including Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Identity Management
• Experience with IAM tools and technologies, including Ping Identity, Okta, and ForgeRock
• Strong understanding of security protocols, including OpenID Connect, OAuth, and SAML
• Ability to analyze complex security systems and identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate for this role:

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with network security, risk management, or software development
• Certification in IAM, such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP
• 5+ years of experience in IAM, with a focus on security and compliance
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations, including SOX, PCI, and GDPR
