Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in our inbound call center in overnight shifts, Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling high-volume calls, resolving complex customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. If you have a passion for helping others, strong computer skills, and a minimum of 12 months of customer service experience, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume calls, resolving complex customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service to patients

  • Respond to patient inquiries, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Must live within 75 miles of Mount Prospect, IL
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on customer service and resolution

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)

  • Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am EST (8-hour shift assigned 5 days a week)

Pay Range

* Minimum: $17.02

  • Maximum: $27.16
  • Actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location
