Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. You'll review and confirm work entered into our systems, solve issues, and escalate as needed. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico, and we're looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the team to ensure accurate and efficient production of documentation

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will have:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Type 60 plus WPM
