Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with billing inquiries/concerns: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring accurate account information: Verify and update customer account information in our client system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries: Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring customers understand their account status and any relevant details.
  • Adhering to State and Federal regulations: Comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, ensuring you're aware of and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Assisting customers with delinquent accounts: Work with customers to resolve delinquent accounts, following state guidelines and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Utilizing exceptional communication skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, using effective communication skills to meet both client and customer goals.

Key Results Areas:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be measured on the following key results areas:

  • Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time: Ensure timely and efficient handling of customer inquiries, meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Achieve Quality Assurance goals: Deliver high-quality service, meeting or exceeding quality standards and expectations.
  • Adhere to Production measures: Meet or exceed performance targets for time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • High School graduate/equivalent: A minimum educational requirement, with a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
  • Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Microsoft applications proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to learn software applications: Willingness to learn and adapt to new software applications and systems.
  • Strong focus on shift attendance: Regular attendance and punctuality, with a strong commitment to meeting scheduled shifts.

Technical Requirements:

For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are:

  • Broadband internet connection: No DSL or dial-up connections are acceptable.
  • Hard-wired connection required: No Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots are allowed.
  • Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download and 20 mbps upload speeds are required.

Camera Requirements:

Cameras are required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
