Experienced Customer Service Representative - Overnight (WFH Illinois) - Mount Prospect, IL

At arenaflex, we're building an Inbound Pharmacy Service team to support our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. We're seeking highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in overnight shifts, working from home in Illinois. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing timely and compassionate support to ensure they receive the care they need.

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from patients, resolving their questions and concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of life-sustaining medications. You'll work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, where your skills and knowledge will make a real difference in the lives of our patients. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from patients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner

  • Resolve patient issues, including prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage
  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to patients, ensuring they feel heard and understood
  • Work collaboratively with our pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment

  • 6+ months of high call center experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another application
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and resolution
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone

  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions
  • Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement

Training Schedule

* Monday through Friday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST (training schedule)

  • Schedule availability: Monday through Sunday, 9:00pm EST to 9:00am (an 8-hour shift will be assigned to you 5 days a week within this time frame)

Pay Range

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.02 to $27.16 per hour

  • The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location
