Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on:
- Accurately inputting and maintaining data across multiple database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Interpreting, verifying, compiling, and sorting received data and source documents before entering them into the system, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Maintaining organized records of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents in both electronic and hard copy formats, adhering to company protocols and standards.
- Providing basic troubleshooting assistance and proposing solutions for issues related to data, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime.
- Adhering to company protocols to safeguard confidential customer information, maintaining confidentiality and data security at all times.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls
